FirstLight opened its doors on Sunday March 20, 2005. It is our vision to be not just a new church, but “a new kind of church.” This is what you can expect when you come to worship with us:

• Relevant, Biblically based sermons that communicate deep, Scriptural truths in everyday language

• Modern Christian songs and revived favorites “Gone Acoustic”

• The Ancient Story coming alive for the Here and Now

• Children learning a Bible story with other kids in their own area using assorted crafts, games, and story telling

• Holy Communion (during every Sunday morning service) that is open all people regardless of their age, gender, race, denomination, or how close they feel like they are to God. At FirstLight, ALL ARE ACCEPTED.

• Creative opportunities to connect with God and with others

• A Café offering you the ability to drink coffee and eat snacks during worship

Worship service times: Sundays at 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.

Worship service location: Gardner Edgerton High School, 425 N. Waverly Rd., Gardner, KS 66030. Come in through the front doors of the high school—our worship services are in the commons area.
